2 Purpose.

The present conditions of use (hereinafter, the “Conditions of Use”, or “Legal Notice”) regulate the rights and obligations of LookForLegal S.L. (hereinafter, “look4legal”) and of the users in relation to the access, navigation and use of the present Web Site, without prejudice that the provider reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the content of the same. In any case, the access by the user to the Web Site once such modification takes place implies the acceptance of the Conditions and the modifications introduced by the user.

However, access to certain content and the use of certain services may be subject to certain special conditions, which will be clearly displayed in any case, and must be accepted expressly and in advance by users. These particular conditions may replace, complete or, as the case may be, modify these Terms of Use.

In this sense, and without prejudice to the provisions of these Terms of Use, the contracting of any product and/or payment service offered by the Provider shall be regulated by the general and/or particular conditions of each specific service provided for this purpose.

For the purposes of the interpretation of these Terms of Use, we understand that a person becomes a user at the moment he/she accepts the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the rest of legal texts and policies of use that are accessible from the Website, being sufficient the navigation by the user to understand that he/she accepts them in a conscious and informed way.

3. Website access and registration.

Access to most of the contents of the Web Site is completely free and does not require prior registration, notwithstanding that there may be particular sections or services that require prior registration, and where appropriate may involve the payment of economic amounts. In the latter case, the user will be informed beforehand, and must accept the corresponding conditions of contracting said service.

Access to the Web Site by minors is prohibited. However, in the event of access to the Website and registration by a minor, it shall be presumed that such access has been made with the prior express authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, without prejudice to the fact that the provider reserves the right to carry out as many verifications and checks as it deems appropriate.

Under no circumstances shall the provider be responsible for the veracity of the registration data provided by users, so each of them will be solely responsible for the information provided to look4legal is adequate, accurate and precise or, if not, for the possible consequences that may arise from the lack of quality of the data.

3.1 Requirements to register as a user.

In order to carry out the purchase of products and/or services made available to users, it is necessary that they previously register, providing through the forms provided for this purpose, at least the registration data that are required as mandatory.

It is an essential requirement to register as a user to be over eighteen (18) years of age and to provide through the Website all the information required as mandatory. The registered user assumes that his user account is personal and non-transferable, being able to register on the Website both individuals and legal entities.

Every registered user will have an access password, which will be in any case, personal, non-transferable, and will have a limited temporary validity. This password must meet minimum length and security requirements. The user may modify or recover this password at any time, following the procedure provided on the Website. Under no circumstances will look4legal have direct access to this password except for the provision of the Web Site access service to users. This password will remain encrypted in look4legal’s systems to ensure its conservation and prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

By virtue of the foregoing, it is the user’s obligation to immediately notify look4legal of any event that may lead to the improper use of identifiers and/or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to them, in order to proceed with their immediate cancellation. Until such events are reported, the provider shall be exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of identifiers or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

3.2 Unsubscribe as a registered user.

The user may, at any time, request to be deregistered from the Web Site, by simply requesting it through the section enabled for this purpose in the “My Account” section available on the Web Site.

In any case, once the cancellation has been carried out, the user may request a new registration, except for the Provider’s right not to admit such registration in the specific cases specified in the clause called “Rules of Use of the Website”, or in case of conflict or controversy between the parties, which has not yet been resolved or which has ended with acknowledgement of fault or negligence of the user and/or damage to the Provider, its collaborators and associates or to its users, clients or potential clients.

4. Intellectual and industrial property rights.

The provider is the owner or, where appropriate, has the corresponding licenses on the rights of exploitation of intellectual and industrial property on the design and programming of the Website, as well as all content offered therein, including, but not limited to, the platform itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content available through it.

Under no circumstances shall it be understood that access, browsing and use of the Website by the user or the use, acquisition and/or contracting of products or services offered through the same implies waiver, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of said rights by the provider in favor of the user. At no time, unless expressly stated otherwise, access, navigation or use of the Web Site and / or its contents gives the user any right over the distinctive signs, content or services included therein.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents and/or services of the Website are reserved and, in particular, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute, by any means and under any form, all or part of the contents included in the Website, for public or commercial purposes, without the prior, express and written authorization of the provider or, where appropriate, of the owner of the corresponding rights.

In the event that the user sends information of any kind to the Provider through any of the channels provided for this purpose, the user declares, warrants and agrees that he/she has the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual property rights, industrial, trade secret or any other rights of third parties, and that such information is not confidential or cause any damage to third parties, assuming otherwise all possible liabilities arising.

If the User becomes aware of the existence of any illicit or illegal content, contrary to the laws or that could imply an infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, the User must immediately notify the Provider through the e-mail address info@look4legal.com so that the Provider may proceed to the adoption of the appropriate measures.

Likewise, in the event that any user or third party considers that any of the contents of the Website owned by look4legal violates its intellectual and/or industrial property rights, as well as any other rights, it must send a communication to info@look4legal.com with the following information:

• Identification data and means of contact of the claimant or his/her legal representative.
• Documentation proving your status as the owner of the allegedly infringed rights.
• Detailed account of the rights allegedly infringed by the provider, as well as their exact location within the Website.
• Express declaration by the claimant that the use of the contents has been made.

5. Conditions applicable to links and links.

5.1 Links to other websites.

In the event that the Website includes links to other websites through buttons, links, banners or embedded content, the provider informs that these are directly managed by third parties, and the provider does not have the human or technical means to know in advance and/or control and/or approve all the information, content, products or services provided by other platforms to which links may be established from the Website.

Consequently, look4legal shall not be responsible for any aspect related to the platform or web page to which a link may be established from the Website, specifically, but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

In this sense, if Users have effective knowledge that the activities developed through these third party web pages are illegal, and/or contravene morality and/or public order, they must immediately communicate it to the Provider in order to proceed to disable the access link to them, action that will be carried out as soon as possible from the moment the Provider has knowledge of this circumstance.

In any case, the establishment of any type of link from the Website to another external website shall not imply that there is any type of relationship, collaboration or dependence between the Provider and the party responsible for such external website.

5.2 Links to other platforms are the responsibility of look4legal.

The Provider makes available to users links that allow access to the channels and pages of the Website that the Provider maintains on different platforms and social networks belonging to and/or managed by third parties (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube, among others), from which it carries out the publication of information, as well as the promotion of products and/or services.

Under no circumstances will look4legal share with Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or any other social network that may be incorporated in the future any private information about its users, limiting only the information published to information about look4legal and its products and/or services. In this sense, all information that the user himself wishes to provide, or publish on these platforms outside the look4legal website, will be under his own responsibility, the provider not intervening in this process.

The activation and use of these applications may require the user to identify and authenticate himself/herself with his/her user name and password, as well as to expressly accept the legal conditions associated with the same. By accessing these external networks, the user enters an environment outside the look4legal Web Site, and therefore knows and accepts that he/she acts in this regard under his/her sole responsibility.

For this reason, the user must exercise extreme caution when evaluating and using the information, contents and services existing in the linked channels, and the information of the user or of third parties that he/she wishes to share in said channels.

6. Links on other web pages to the website.

All users may establish links on their respective web pages to the Web Site, provided that they comply with the following conditions:

1. The link may not reproduce the content of the Website or parts of it, except under the systems made available by look4legal.
2. It is not allowed to use “frames” or systems that allow the creation of a “browser” or a “border environment” on the sections of the Web Site, which allow access to the content of the same from other web sites or modify the appearance of the Web Site for the user.
3. It is not permitted to make false, inaccurate or incorrect statements or indications about the Website and/or, in particular, to state or imply that the provider has authorized a specific link, or that it has supervised or assumed in any way the contents or services offered or made available on the web page where said link is established.
4. The web page on which the link to the Web Site is established shall not contain information or content that is illicit, contrary to morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor shall it contain content contrary to any third party rights, including intellectual and industrial property rights and/or the right to honor, personal or family privacy or self-image or any other right, or content contrary to the regulations governing the protection of personal data.

The provider does not have the human or technical means to know, control or approve all information, content, products or services provided by other websites that have established links to the Website. The provider assumes no responsibility for any aspect related to the web page that establishes the link to the Web Site, specifically, but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

7. Terms of use of the website.

Look4legal declares that access to or use of the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without economic purpose, is not permitted and, therefore, its consequences shall be the sole responsibility of the user. In particular, and without the following list being absolute, the following is prohibited:

1. Use the Web Site in a manner that may cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies or defects in its operation or in the computer systems of any third party or in the case of look4legal.
2. Use the Website for the transmission, installation or publication of any virus, malicious code or other harmful programs or files.
3. Use the Website to collect personal data of other users.
4. Use the Web Site in an illegal way, against good faith, morality and public order.
5. Register through the Website under a false identity, impersonating third parties or using a profile or performing any other action that may mislead other users about the identity of the origin of a message.
6. Unauthorized access to any section of the Website, other systems or networks connected to the Website, any server of the Provider, or the services offered through the Website, by hacking or forgery, password mining or any other illegitimate means.
7. Breach, or attempt to breach, the security or authentication measures of the Web Site or any network connected to it, or the security or protection measures inherent in the content offered on the Web Site;
8. Carry out any action that causes a disproportionate or unnecessary saturation in the infrastructure of the Website or in the systems or networks of the provider, as well as in the systems and networks connected to the Website.
9. Impede the normal development of an event, contest, promotion or any other activity available through the Website or any of its functionalities, either by altering or attempting to alter, illegally or in any other way, the access, participation or operation of the same, or by falsifying the result of the same and/or using fraudulent participation methods, by any procedure, and/or through any practice that violates or infringes in any way these Terms of Use.

The breach of any of the above obligations by the user may lead to the adoption by the Provider of appropriate measures protected by law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations, and may lead to the deletion or blocking of the account of the offending user, without the possibility of any compensation for damages caused.

8. Liabilities and warranties.

The Provider cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness or accuracy of absolutely all the information and/or services of the Website, nor the usefulness or accuracy of the documentation made available through the Website.

Consequently, the provider does not guarantee:

1. the continuity of the contents of the Web Site;
2. the absence of errors in said contents;
3. the invulnerability, from the point of view of security, of the Web Site and/or the impossibility of violating the security measures adopted therein; d) the lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the Web Site; and the damages caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who violates the conditions, rules and instructions that the provider establishes on the Web Site or through the violation of the security systems of the Web Site.

Nevertheless, the provider declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the operation of the Website and minimize system errors and ensure the highest level of security for users, both from the technical point of view and the content published on the Website.

The provider cannot guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the content provided by third parties through the Website, guaranteeing it only with respect to the content published by look4legal. If the user becomes aware of the existence of any content that is illicit, illegal, contrary to the law or that could infringe the rights of third parties, he/she must immediately notify the provider so that it can proceed to the adoption of appropriate measures.

In any case, the provider reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, use, hosting and / or downloading of content and / or use of Website services, with or without prior notice to users who violate any of the provisions detailed in these Terms of Use, without the possibility of the user to claim any compensation for this cause.

In the event of any breach by User of these Terms of Use, Provider may suspend or terminate User’s account automatically and without prior notice, and in no event shall such suspension or termination entitle User to any compensation whatsoever.

For these purposes, Provider informs that it may inform and cooperate in a timely manner with the competent police and judicial authorities if it detects any infringement of the legislation in force or if it suspects that a crime has been committed.

9. Data protection.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data provided during the use of the website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy that every user must expressly accept in order to be able to use and register in the system.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

The parties expressly agree that this contract shall be governed and interpreted, in all its terms and conditions, in accordance with current Spanish law.

The parties expressly submit, for any questions or differences that may arise due to the interpretation, fulfillment and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the domicile of the buyer or to those of the place of fulfillment of the contractual obligation.
